Service Process

The microphone has no sound.

Solution:

- If the microphone’s main unit has electronic volume control and the volume is accidentally set to 0 dB, there will be no audio output.

- The microphone features a low-battery mute function; when the mic’s backlight is flashing continuously, please replace the battery with a fully charged one.
